Anyone shipped their pc components overseas for warranty b4?

  My asus motherboard that i bought from the US died and i created an RMA, just need to find a way to ship it to the US, tried singpost but they said cannot accept my item as it exceeds the dimension by 0.05cm, (motherboard is 305mm by 243mm but they only allow 300mm by 240mm), they said can use speedpost but that is like, 50 dollar more. Any advice?
