how do i increase the fps when playing cs

  mine goes between 10 to 18 fps mostly, i cant kill for nutz with such low fps, anybody know how?( dun tell me abt upgrading the graphic card? i will just as soon as i bug my dad or uncle phillips but i need to play now)

  Hey man it is not that possible to Increase your Fb just like that But If you are Desperate to Play..... Try A Good Lan game shop By the Way If your are rich I suggest You Buy New Graphics Card this should save you a lot money Whereas You Spend lots of money in a Lan gamering shop playing...
  
  Play less Internet it Decrease your standard
  of playing (Skills) in CS.
  Play More At LAn gaming To increase your Skills Especially at good Lan Gaming Places......

  By the way "Sherry" If you want to play I suggest Katong Shopping Centre.The place has many lan Shop(Asteriods)(Colosseum)(Zion)(Pro-East)(WinnerZone)(Netes)etc.....You could try it out.... :p
