i currently no job .... i totally broke ... no money at all ... and study some more. i freaking stress about how to have money .... for eat and transport.
who can help me ?

hmm, get a nearby supermart or anything for a pt job. SGD 4 per hour. Den borrow money from frz to eat maggi mee everyday. after u got around 200-300 spare. Aim jobs that is higher pt pay which is 5.50 to 6pm per hours.
IF this idea u reject. i dunno how to help u. Only one way to help u. GO down and pick up empty can, cardboard. Today family a lot. Wear shirt a lot of hole, 2.50 slipper and walk like a limp and make yourself dirty. GO and ask for money table by table at the kopi tiam.
