Welcome to Britain's most festive cul-de-sac. Residents of Trinity Close, Burnham on Sea, Somerset have decorated their home for the festive season with almost 100,000 blazing Christmas lights. Six families paid around £3,000 each for 15,000 fairy lights which cover their homes and gardens.
This display in Bristol is put up by brothers Paul and Lee Brailsford on their mother's house. Lee and Paul began decorating their home 18 years ago - starting with a single Christmas tree. But their collection of decorations has grown so rapidly that it now includes tens of thousands of lights. Michael Farnes, 52, has decorated the outside of his home in Hangleton, East Sussex, so much that there is no room to fit anything else in his front garden. The stunning display even includes a seven foot Christmas tree and and five foot snowman.
