Dubai Fountain Sitting on a large lake in front of the towering Burj Khalifa, the five
rings of water jets certainly draw a crowd. Capable of shooting water
50 stories high, the fountain is equipped with 6,600 LEDS and 25 color
projectors that allow the jets of water to display various images. The
fountain puts on a daily choreographed show that moves to Andrea
Bocelli's "Con te Partiro" ("Time to Say Goodbye"), among other songs.
Crown Fountain, Chicago This creative design has two 50-foot black glass towers on either side
of a reflecting pool project images from 1,000 Chicago citizens, giving

Aquanura, Efteling , Netherlands Built to celebrate Efteling theme park’s 60th anniversary in 2012,
Aquanura is made up of 200 fountains and 900 lights. A daily water show
is put on for spectators.

Fountain of Wealth, Singapore This 85-tonne bronze fountain is one of the world’s largest fountains.
The water, which flows inward, is said to bring good luck to those who
touch it. It has become a popular way for locals to propose as the
display can be customised with laser messages.
The Grand Cascade at Peterhof, St. Petersburg, Russia The grounds of the “Russian Versailles” feature a series of 64
fountains and more than 200 sculptures known as the Grand Cascade. The
centerpiece is a gilded Samson wrestling a lion that shoots a jet of
water over 20 metres high from its open mouth.

station was built to deliver water from the Rhone but pressure buildups
