One World Trade Center, America's tallest building, on Monday welcomed its first tenants, publishing group Conde Nast, in a symbolic moment 13 years after the 9/11 attacks that brought down the original Twin Towers.
Publishing company Conde Nast began moving on Monday into One World Trade Centre, a 104-storey skyscraper that dominates the Manhattan skyline.
The skyscraper - at 1,776ft (541m), America's tallest building - is the centrepiece of the site where the twin towers once stood.

Only about 170 of the company's 3,400 employees are moving in now, with another 3,000 expected to arrive by early 2015.
