These 10 locations in the Youthful Cities index top a global list of cities deemed the most attractive among people aged 15-29. Twenty-five cities from five global geographic categories were ranked using 80 different indicators covering business, lifestyle and entertainment.

10. Seoul: This city finished first overall in environmental sustainability but was last in safety and mental health.
9. Tokyo: This city finished first overall in economic status but last in civic participation.
8. Los Angeles: This city was first overall in entrepreneurship but finished 22nd overall and last among North American and European regions in safety and mental health.

3. New York City: NYC was first in the North American and European regions in civic participation and finished second overall in youth unemployment. But the city ranked second-last in the same regions in access to education.
