These 10 locations in the Youthful Cities index top a global list of cities deemed the most attractive among people aged 15-29. Twenty-five cities from five global geographic categories were ranked using 80 different indicators covering business, lifestyle and entertainment.

10. Seoul: This city finished first overall in environmental sustainability but was last in safety and mental health.
9. Tokyo: This city finished first overall in economic status but last in civic participation.
8. Los Angeles: This city was first overall in entrepreneurship but finished 22nd overall and last among North American and European regions in safety and mental health.
6. Chicago: Chicago finished in the top five of six of YouthfulCities' 16 categories, and in the top three of four others. However, the city ranked 21st overall in environmental sustainability.
5. Paris: This city finished first overall in digital access and fashion and art. But the city was ranked 19th overall in entrepreneurship.
3. New York City: NYC was first in the North American and European regions in civic participation and finished second overall in youth unemployment. But the city ranked second-last in the same regions in access to education.
