Some sci-fi-boffins-cum-pastry-chefs have cooked up a storm... trooper cake, for a huge convention in Boston, The Sun reports.
The life-sized re-imagining of the standard Imperial henchman required 208 eggs and fed 600 nerds.

So why did the husband and wife team of Tiler and Amanda Oakleaf get all Star Wars up in their kitchen?
"In the end we made it because we could really," Mr Tiler said.
"It took two weeks to make the cake with the whole team involved, but we wanted to make sure that there were people to eat it in the end because we didn't want to waste food."
