There is a “no pants day” in NEW YORK city for like 10 years and today they started one in TAIPEI ! with HOT TAIWANESE GIRLS (well they did make sure all the girls have the super nice legs!) running around in the transit !

Look at the betel nut girls....some of them wear almost nothing. So this in the trains is considered mild stuff. Fodder for massive nosebleed in singapore though.
