A furious 36-year-old Italian woman has filed for divorce just a month after her wedding because her husband brought his mother on their honeymoon, ANSA news agency reported Wednesday.
As the couple set off for their honeymoon to France in December, the newly-wed was shocked to find her new mother-in-law at Rome's Fiumicino airport, all set to come on the trip, the agency cited her lawyers as saying.
When she protested, her husband of two days said he couldn't leave his mother alone for health reasons.
The three spent the honeymoon together, but as soon as they returned from France the woman filed for divorce, citing an "excessive emotional attachment" between her future ex-husband and his mother.
can understand that she's not pleased to have to go on honeymoon with the mother-in-law.. but need to be so serious until divorce?! obviously she doesnt love him much..
It's his mother for gawds sake.
if you think about it, it's a sign that the man will cling very, very tightly onto the mother for the rest of her life. doesn't bode well for marraige.
I understand if a guy loves his mother
But to bring his mum along for the honeymoon should set off all kinds of alarms and bells
He's likely very tightly tied to his mum's apron and seriously in the long run I doubt the marridge will work out
I mean you mean guys will bring your mother along for your honeymoon with your wife?
And he didn't even have the balls to inform her before hand
Imagine the perfect atmosphere, setting to making babies...
and they are in bed... everything is soooo perfect then suddenly the mom appear inbetween them...
total spoiler eh... -_____-
