  For those who didn't know: India sent a Mars mission for $72.9 million.With so much of money in Singapore why there is vision for space missions. Clearly this will boost the high tech the govt is wishing for.

  Even in civil aviation, all the studies in Poly and Uni focus mostly on MRO, not on design or creation. Even Msia(AMIC) has more thrust on this.

  I think maybe got other cost not counted in like facilities, technology, space training and development of local talents in space technology. It may take some time unless we have support from big countries..one way maybe is to outsource (pay a big lump sum) ...just paste our flag on shuttle... Say is our own can liao like our sport athletes.
