It might become a yearly fare increase event as the new fare adjustmet formula has shown that it will include 0.5 x change in CPI + 0.5 x Average monthly earnings over previous year - 1.5% (assumed half of the 3% average productivity gain by public transport operators per year).

Now they got monthly concession for adults. that's 120 bucks a month unlimited rides on buses and trains. those daily bus fare about 5.5 bucks should go apply. good for your daily work travel routine and also weekends if you wanna chiong places.
for daily work that will encourage bus ride when you cannot get to destination via trains.
but for most people i think 120 bucks per month is still very costly. maybe like 80pm better.

That's for long distant travelling only. They should have a budget card. - 60 bucks for 2 train rides a day, 30 bucks for 1 train ride per day. soley for sgreans only. those income ceiling less than a limit per year. so much for helping sgreans cope with rising bus fare. so simple things also cannot help. median income grow so what? your tax declarton every year tells what income level helath you are in.
