  The world is crazy for the quest to be the tallest. Is tallest the best? If I am a billionaire, I won't want to live high up there.

  During an emergency, no fire engine ladder can reach you and if the fire protection system failed, no water spray can reach you too. If you have to climb down those steps, just try walking down 50 storey first to see if you can do it. Next you got to take the risk of going into a metal cage (elevator) and see if you can be cooked.

  We may be small but we don't need anything beyond 30 storey. Taking a ride on the flyer and having to stay up there 8 hours a day for most of your life is different exposure. So don't envy those up there.
