property tax increase though i never rent out flat, S/cc increase but lif still very noise moving up and down, upstair people rent to cheena tthey totally is no social awarencies and gracefulness cannot sleep cannot even work. wanna move to cmaller flat due to no work cannot service flat and move away from neighbours those cheena rented out but cannot buy BTO smaller flat from HDB single alone even if wanna return existing flat back to HDB bus face increase but alwasy jam, people crowd at entrance exit area and MRT staff never do anything
