  sure is labor shortage? some neutralparty should really investiage those problem cntractors and find the root cause, case by case. dont anything also say labor shortage. construction is one area that labor can get rather freely. cost no need to speak english and its no brainer. they just need to have bull strength can oredi. the lead or supervisor is the one tell them what to do they use strength to move this here and terhe only.
