I think a way to solve this is to put both gender in a school, in the same classroom. In India, people are hardly allowed to date people! So a when a man a bit of skin, he will certainly more than excited: he will be explosive.
And also, boys should be taught to respect girls. To change the society, start from young. Teach them justice and equality. In a short time, we can see corruption, cronyion and discrimination dissappearing from their society.
