All of you forgot these individuals are earning high pay and do not have fixed working hours or even OT.
So, it is easy to make such a irresponsible comments when you are in completely different income group.
Unless the family is struggling to make ends meet, then they need the wife to come out to work.

mom's pay goes to the sch fees

Parents are supposed to look after their kids and spend time with them, not the school. Otherwise they will grow up calling their canteen lady mommy and the whiteboard daddy.

now a days primary school kids easily end their day at ard 4pm..
Many schools have student care inside the school premises and they open till 7pm.
The monthly school fee for the student care is below $300/mth and if hamily having financial needs. Help is available.
With help, the monthly school fee can be as low as $90/month.
The student care will provide lunch and tea break, ensure homework is completed, and help to coach them in their weekly spellings. if time permits, addtional works will be done.

keep them tehre a little longer this 26th Jan so moms at punggol east can go vote. morening queue is longer. evening late afternoon queue should be shorter - becasue no publick holiday leh.
