The Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations launched a new magazine today to help newcomers in Singapore adjust to life here.
The Chinese magazine, called Oneness, will be published every three months and distributed to organisations and institutions such as libraries.
It will feature lifestyle articles and tips on how to navigate Singapore's rules and regulations.
The federation also announced that its council ranks will be increased from 15 to a maximum of 31 members, and the nomination cycle will be changed from every two years to every three years.
