RIP~
immediately after Euro2012 ?
hopefully, it's not over-reactive against those minor criminal cases that does not contribute grievious harm to society at large. police officers have to consider action that would unknowingly jeopardise oneself indirectly due to negative emotional attachment and untowards consequences to its family. for major cases if any, it needs fund to feed the ground 有钱能使鬼推磨 for a smoother investigation to take place on large cases. over reactive to small cases, will 'too caution' the cordiality of larger society. And surely, the pple is the asset of gotong royongity [malay very good leh - village spirit] that never should be undermined. another good suggestion is to invest on insurance big big so that the immediate family if having children does not burden with livelihood matter...may police professions be joyful journey of good life and may criminals aware that the harm you cause disintegrate society. just an opinion
tio threatened by gangster groups?
anyway, RIP and we can only speculate till more info become availiable.
