  Maybe he will be let off with a fine.

  He did not leave the camp with the rifle and he did not hurt any one with rifle.

  So, he should not be jailed.

  He had a screwdriver, they could just charged him with "armed robbery" like those gangsters who robbed with fire arms.

  I think they want to throw a very thick, hard cover, book at Mohammad Ridzuan.

  Sekali it turned out to be just a story the NS man cooked up to save himself for misplacing his rifle.

  Techie find rifle, pick it up, want to hand it in. NS panic accuse Techie of robbing him. But no weapon, quick thinking,  screw driver, sure to have one.

  Techie holding rifle, claim he found it. Inside camp, would he want to rob a rifle? His NRIC at the Guard House.

  So how?

  Just thinking.

  Why would he want to steal a rifle in front of so many people?

   

  Every technician will usually carry around with him a screwdriver or compact tool set for work purposes so it is not uncommon.
