Saw him on news , his eyes was sorrowful despite smiling. Guess the recent criticism must have affected him a lot. Judging from his personality, I think he will track that person n punish him

as with any other successful social media networks, the crux is to adopt a good PR/ marketing plan and implementation....on the ground...and with more openness... he needs a good consultant who could engage him on the ground and informal...not just behaving like a govt web page forwarding and replying messages with polite notes and "likes".... needs more creativity though...
