SINGAPORE: Some 250 households, mostly in the Wolskel Road area near Upper Serangoon Road, were unable to access StarHub's television cable network from 5.15pm on Wednesday.
StarHub said its network operations centre detected the technical problem and their engineers were immediately deployed to investigate the problem.
StarHub said the technical problem originated from its third-party supplier network.
Road works by the Land Transport Authority in the Paya Lebar area had accidentally cut a fibre on that network.
All services were restored by 1.35am on Thursday.
StarHub has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
