From my memory:
*She failed her BTT 13 times - how can someone fail their BTT 13 times?!
*The full article stated that she was drinking with her boyfriend - isn't that drunk driving - the penalities for a driver who drinks and drives is harsher than this - something that is emphasised over and over again during BTT - if she has taken it 13 times - she jolly well know
*Her boyfriend (the owner of the car) initially allowed her to start the car, then allow her to drive the car out of the car park, ultimately then gave in and allowed her to drive - at times taking control of the wheel to avoid a few accidents when the car swerved out of lane
*She does not have a driving license.
Me thinks that both should get harsher sentences - the boyfriend should know very well that she doesnt have a license and is not allowed to drive *period*

if you fail your btt once - you have to retake it again (btt waiting line - approximately/easily 4 to 6 weeks) -
i passed mine on the 2nd time.
forgot to go for the 1st one.
