Two untrained female caretakers at a kindergarten in Johor Bahru bound
children in cloth and taped their mouths shut in order to keep them
quiet, according to a Malaysian news report.
The two women, aged 22 and 20, have since been brought into police custody for questioning. They had told police that they had committed the act to keep the children, aged nine months and below, quiet.
They later said they had also wanted to defame the kindergarten using the video upload, after the owner had fired them.

women employed in a JB kindergarten apparently did this to a group of
young children because they did not know how to keep them quiet.
"I'm glad nothing like this happens in Singapore."
Malaysia Ta Boleh.....

seems like a good way to watch kids as long as they don't soffucate mah. No noise and they won't fall off anywhere cos can't move.
Should give them an award for efficiency and effectiveness in their job!
