  STOMPers shrley spotted this motorcycle with a vulgar message on its licence plate. 

  STOMPers shrley and shining both sent in pictures and comments on the bike.

  This is motorized bicycle only lah.

  Tire is quite thin, and somemore can still see the centerstand along 2 side of the tire.
