I dun see DPM Teo got anything to contribute. His defend portfolio already pass to Ng Eng Heng. He now in charge of Home Affair. Youngster all start stabing and jumping down the flat. I don't want to have a career which is involved in too much politics. I agree that in poor countries we need ISD. But when the country develops, ISD must be removed. If not, bad things will happen. Like the Arab Spring for example. Life must go on.

Oh, right, totally forgot about the FBI and CIA. In that case, the concept of the ISD is prevalent in every major country regardless of status. Cool. Still, at least the FBI and CIA serve more purposes than just capturing opposition party members and rivals. In that sense, they are better than the ISD, in my opinion.
