SINGAPORE: He was climbing up the stairs of an overhead bridge when he noticed a 22-year-woman, who was wearing a skirt, walking in front of him.
31-year-old Tan Chee Wan then followed her closely, before placing a mobile phone beneath her skirt to record a video.
The clip was found, together with 208 other obscene video files in his possession.
The
court ordered 15 months' probation for Tan on tuesday, for intending to
insult the woman's modesty and possessing obscene films.
The man
committed the offence at an overhead bridge at South Bridge Road, on
April 3, 2011. He was caught red-handed by a passer-by and a police
report was made.
Police later seized Tan's handphone and laptop, which also contained 744 obscene pictures.
