SINGAPORE: A man, who was on the run for more than four years after he allegedly murdered a delivery driver outside a discotheque in 2007, turned himself in on Thursday at Woodlands Checkpoint.
Lum Keng Mun, 45, was charged in Court on Friday for being part of an unlawful assembly which caused the death of 35-year-old Lim Chye Huat.
The incident in March 2007 happened in front of "Babyface" discotheque at 1 Fullerton Road at about 5.40am.
Twelve other members were also said to be involved in the incident.
Lum, who is remanded at Central Police Division, will have his case mentioned again on December 17.
