I don't understand these women.
If you dress like a slut, basically the message you are sending out is 'I'm dressed like a slut, come and look at me'.
It would be no different from a man who goes topless while wearing tight leather pants. Basically the man is attracting attention to himself.
If you want people to look at you respectfully, then you yourself should wear clothes in a respectful manner.

It kinda makes me recall a news report article about this high profile divorce case in america where the guy dislike wife wearing revealing dress and commented that if she gets raped, she deserve it. If I ever come across that article, I'll post the link -

The point here is that if you wish to be viewed respectfully, then you should dress in a manner that calls for you to be respected.
As an analogy, no one deserves to be robbed. However, if you wear lots of jewellery and flaut it all in public, the message that you're sending out to robbers is: 'I have lots of wealth, come check me out'.
