I don't think the guys understand how it feels when you're being stared up and down... unless of course you've been constantly stared at by girls and aunties... I can only say it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and sometimes vulnerable and it's definitely not the good feeling some would assume...

Singapore may still be one of the more conservative modern countries around, but this whole SlutWalk business is just hypocritical and a big joke.
Dress whatever way you wish in public, you'll invite stares (unnerving or otherwise) in public too- both are within the boundaries of the law.
Encouraging females to be empowered by being labelled a "slut" or protesting for their rights to be called a "slut" is in no way going change anything or stop the blaming of rape victims for their own misfortunes. And dressing up more provocatively certainly doesn't help anything, either. -
