  NEWS FLASH: The portraits of President and Mrs Tony Tan Keng Yam are now available free to organisations. Those interested should complete a request form and email it to [email protected].

  A representative with a duplicate copy of the completed request form can also collect the portraits at the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts from 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays, at:
