Chinese national jailed for molesting Vietnamese tourist

A CHINESE national who molested an 18-year-old Vietnamese girl on holiday here was sentenced to four years' jail and six strokes of the cane on Friday.
Li Yan, 20, a dishwasher, admitted to causing wrongful restraint to the victim during the molestation at Haig Road on June 30.
A district court heard that the victim was returning to her sister's block in the early hours when Li followed her into the lift and said he wanted to have sex with her.
She ignored his advances and said she would call the police.

Just give him 50 strokes and send him back immediately, bar his family realted friends and what other clanmen from coming to SG. close case. no wonder we keep having this increase that increase, to feed hotels stayers.

see, our open arse law here don;t allow. it allows 4 years of expense sat our taxpayer's money on those foreign pigs that commit crimes here, and we have to pay and pay , prices of things lkeep going up. this excourage those really failure no skill floor traps to just come here and try their luck, after all lose everything get to tay in five star motle for years, free. the rotan serve them separately over periods of time, not in between days, you think those thick skin people feel any pain?

they have prison labour in camps.....dun think sit inside n just surf internet.

they have programs and stuff to help correct inmates abeofre thy serve their time and go out. but that's for sgreans. see foreign sheet you want to reform them, then send them back to their own country. whata holy saint we are, use out own taxpayers hard earn marnie, reform foreign sheet (oh my lord) and then send them back. let new ones come in, without filtering at ground level, let them wreak havoc help, when catch them sayang sayang them for reform, then send them back.

i think they make prisoners bend steel tubes all day n sell em to the japanese factories in spore.along with wooden furniture etc etc...think its a smart move...u make them werk almost for free...the more the better.

If the guy is so hungry, just offer him lots of food so that he will be sick of it.
Caning and jailing him do not cure his hunger.
Every one who committed crime should be punished, regardless of race, religion, status, white horse, white ghost, white dog and country.

i just hope local and foreign prisoners do different stuff in there. yep, foreign ones should work like labor dogs
