Youth appealing against reformative training

A YOUNG polytechnic student sentenced to reformative training on Friday for molestation is appealing against the sentence.
Polytechnic student Matthew Fong, 18, had admitted in March to molesting two boys, then seven and nine, and an 11-year-old girl separately in lifts at a housing estate in the west between last July and August in 2010.
He would follow the victims as they were returning home from school and touch them inside the lifts.
Fong was found fit for reformative training, but probation was not recommended as he had a risk of re-offending.

It's usually the dogs which molest people with their kukujiao (male dogs like to rub their kukujiao against humans). I think the dog will molest you first leh.
