SINGAPORE: Police arrested 160 women during a six-hour anti-vice operation.
The women, aged between 18 and 36, were arrested for suspected involvement in vice-related activities and immigration offences.
The joint operation,
which started at 10pm on Friday, involved 158 officers from Central
Police Division, Criminal Investigation Department, Police Licensing
Division and the Central Narcotics Bureau.
Its targets were entertainment outlets located Jalan Besar, Jalan Sultan, South Bridge Road and Havelock Road.
