After receiving a flurry of obscene text messages, STOMPer clothes went to the police for help but was upset to be told that the police
could not take action as this was a 'non-arrestable crime'.
The frustrated STOMPer wrote:
"I received texts that contained explicit languages from this sender one day.
"Despite being warned to stop, the sender still continued to send dirty messages asking to meet up.
"Knowing
that things were getting more serious since the sender mentioned that
he would find me one day and that he knew where I worked, I went to the
police to report the case, hoping they would be able to help by
revealing the identity of the sender.
"However, the police said that this is a non-arrestable crime and are unable to do any investigation.
"Do
the police have to wait until there are serious consequences before
starting the investigation? By then, it will be too late.
"Girls, please do not condone such behaviour."
Catch who? Her ex?
For what? Love talk?
Police cannot anyhow take action.
