SINGAPORE: Two men were charged separately in court on Wednesday with allegedly having sex with underage girls.
Liwan Wai Yin Keivin, 21, allegedly committed the offence with a girl, who was under 16 years old, sometime between June and October 2009.

Xian, 20, was charged with six counts of having underage sex with two
girls between May and October 2009. One of the girls was under 14 and
the other was 15.
If convicted, both men can be jailed up to five years each and fined up to S$10,000 each.
They are due in court again on August 3.

Why else do you think Justice is blind? It only knows how to execute without questioning the motives.
eh no...tat wasnt wad i meant...wad i meant was the society focuses too much on wrongs and crimes...too little compliments given for good deeds...
for eg...how often do ppl fill in feedback forms complimenting the staff for good service?
but then again, executing without questioning motives is also true but nt abt the law...rather its us readers or outsiders...we tend to conclude base on the final result without questioning the motives/processes tat led to the final result...such conclusions are biased cos 1 final result can have several possible motives/processes leading to it...
the law recognises this fact...tat is why there is manslaughter(accidental killing) and murder(deliberate killing)...diff penalties for each of them...but for outsiders, we will see the killing as killing and conclude biasedly tat the killer deserve to die for his deed...
