This NSman dressed in his camouflage uniform lit up a cigarette in a public place, then posted the pictures online for all to see, says STOMPer skibrotis.
The STOMPer commented:
"I came across this picture on a Facebook profile.
"I can't believe NSF's are now allowed to smoke in public.
"This is unacceptable behaviour. Many NSFs I know will bother to bring a change of clothes if they want to go out and have a good time. Smoking in uniform is bad.
"Simply put, is this correct or wrong? How can he have the guts to smoke in public?
"Follow the rules." -
our NSFs are getting stupider and stupider...
but then, putting on the SAF uniform, one immediately loses about 10 to 30% of one's IQ.. i guess for some it's permanent

Rank normally on top of shoulders, or on the top of the sleeves (upper arm).Sounds like you're gonna track him down?!

Looks like from Maintenance & Engineering Support rather than Arti, with reference to a webbie with all the formation insignias... though whether he's from a camp with Arti, can't tell......
