SG must remain vigilant as terrorist threats are real

SINGAPORE: Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean has urged Singaporeans to be more vigilant, following the jailing of Indonesian cleric Abu Bakar Bashir on Thursday.
Abu Bakar, who is believed to be responsible for the Bali bombings in 2002 that killed about 200 people, was sentenced to 15 years' jail.
Mr Teo, who is also the Home Affairs Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, said he has yet to receive any specific information about threats to Singapore.
He told reporters on the sidelines of a community event on Sunday morning that Singapore has good regional cooperation with security agencies but Singapore needs to maintain heightened vigilance.
Mr Teo also said the public can play a very important role by looking out for suspicious persons or activities, and informing the security agencies immediately.
Mr Teo said: "Already his supporters in Indonesia have made several threats and Indonesian police have disrupted fortunately some attempts, to poison the Indonesian policemen. So we need to continue to be vigilant to these kinds of threats. Well certainly, the threats the supporters have made are real."

If your mind is lovely and peace, even if died in a bomb, you will ascend to a more lovely world. You can't get yr mind stuck or live on fear in the context of Singapore filled with loving places and people. You are making yourself suffering more painfully from psychological warfare on fearing you. Be loving, be compassion as people around need your loving-kindness to continue a love of joys and peace haha that's is more dearly.

If u think of it that way, then u also will think that christians are all crazy kiss-ass? look it up, some christians are BLESSED that the earthquake hit japan few months ago. 28 may or something is the end of the world said the christians.
