A FULL-TIME national serviceman (NSF) and a 17-year-old were charged in court yesterday with robbing a taxi driver who was slashed in the neck.
Yeo Zhao Long, 20, and schoolgirl Ngo Shu Min allegedly attacked Mr Koh Kia Heng, 57, with a paper-cutter blade in Changi in the early hours of last Saturday. They are said to have made off with $179. A 14-year-old girl has also been charged.
In a separate case, an 18-year-old woman was charged yesterday with trying to rob a cabby while armed with a Swiss Army knife. Yeo Yoke Chang allegedly carried out the attempted robbery on Ms Teo Hong Lang, 55, in Sengkang on Saturday night.
