A worker secures metal fasteners to boarding around a collapsed area at Chijmes complex.
The driver of a Malaysian-registered Honda Civic had lost control of her car on Sunday and ploughed into a pillar at the complex, causing the roof to crash onto her vehicle.
A gaping hole is seen in the roof as tiles have been removed while it is propped up by metal structures. The collapsed area has been boarded up and is closed off to the public during repair work.
