STOMPer Lovin My Ride disapproves of this student's skimpy outfit, which he saw at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Should schools do more to enforce their dress code, since some students are obviously not dressing appropriately?

My friend told me he go poly to see gals. His course not much girls so he complaint that he only can see girls from other courses.
