Foreigner washes baby in water cooler

STOMPer Descartes sent in this photo she found online, apparently showing a China national washing his child in a water cooler at Sentosa.
Said the STOMPer:
"This is really disgusting! Did he even think about people drinking from the water cooler?
"Really inconsiderate!" -
While I was in China recently, I saw this couple letting the toddler pee into a rubbish bin at a departmental store.

the rulin party should see this. this is the foreign talent they so very much invited, and dont want to review and do fine selection over. so much for the good job they claim they have done for sgreans over the years. and these people i can tell you are from very ulu village, they really have no consideration fo rthe purpose of a water cooler. they dare openly do it without shame, what more other thing sthey won;t do here? really shame on their country and people.

Don't worry.The water cooler got chlorine to cleanse the water so it is safe to drink no matter what.Sentosa's drinks are expensive.

drink chlorine is safe? cholrine is already bad for health in swimming pols awhen come in contact with teh skin you wanna drink lots of it ?
