  Someone seems to have put these babies up for adoption on a local classifieds website. STOMPer johnthelui asks if this is legal.
  
  In the advertisement posted by a user called "saint", readers interested in adopting a pair of twins "in our parish" are asked to mail the user for more details.
  
  The advertisement is listed as "Complimentary Gift" under promotion type on the classifieds website.
