STOMPer Sarah taken aback when this little boy ran into a lingerie shop at Eastpoint Mall and immediately put his hand into the mannequin's panties.

"I was at Eastpoint with my friends yesterday when suddenly, I saw a boy running into a lingerie shop where he stood in front of a mannequin.
"Without hesitation, he dipped his hand in the panties and rubbed "her" private part.
