Damn unlucky. I was smoking those kind of ciggs that you roll yourself at interchange. When i was done i crumpled the cigg into a tiny ball & threw it into a drain. Skarli kena fine! 2nd time leh must go court. Dont scold me i know its my fault. So sad. The drain got so many bigger rubbish & i got fined for throwing a tiny piece of paper =_= What i want now is advice or maybe those who kena before share their experience with me please & tell me the consequence. Can do CWO only no need to pay fine?
Btw if you see a malay butch and guy dressed smartly, beware! They were the ones who fined me =(

I smoke outside interchange laa. Knn i see people throw mcdonald cup into drain never get fined i throw one small thing got fined. Not as if my cigg butt will cause a clog in our drainage system. They have filters for tht. Hahahahaha. SO HOW? no one know what will happen ah? I know someone second time kena CWO only no need pay fine. Anyone encounter this situation before?

You know, your cigarette filters has alot of chemicals? And when it gets wet (from rain or other water sources) it will leak out and can damage the earth? It might not cause a clog in the drain... but it will do harm other ways.

I got caught two times too... But i am the SUPER rare case that nothing has happen even though it was 2 time... haha the first time was with forum outing some more lol 17 febuary forever remember that day LOL

Aiyo why talk about chemicals. Do you know before they recycle the water they will filter and clean it thoroughly. Thts why our tap water are safe for drinking.

i got this super good tactic that i teach to all the smokers i meet. saved quite a few of my friends
when i smoke my first cig of the day, i flick the burning ash away. (left the butt) then i keep it in my pocket. after that, i discreetly throw away all cigarettes that i finished smoking. if i really do get fined, ill take out the previous one and say that was the one i just smoked.
and ya, 2nd time is probably court, but if youre still a student i think youll only get a CWO. if youre working, then prob fine.. alternatively, you can go find your MP, they can help you appeal. just try to mitigate your acts and say there was no dustbin and it was just a tiny piece of paper bla bla... act more apologetic. it might not work, but there's a hope.
