Hi, I began smoking dunhill menthol lights for so far 3 months ago and I hardly finished one packet of cigs... During the exam period as not to kill my brain cells i stopped for 3 weeks and then later continued after the last paper. I had totally no withdrawal symptoms, no weakness and no obstruction at work...
So wad i want to say is that nicotine addiction is a GOD DAMN LIE!!! If anyone wants their family members or friends to quit smoking, and if they say its because of addiction that they can't quit, or if they show some stupid running nose and wadever symptoms, they are lying.
First there is no symptom to nicotine addiction...
Second, therefore if so, that fella isn't smoking cigs, it may be weed or perhaps heroin i dunno...
All I want to say is that quiting smoking is so god damn easy, stop giving excuses u cant quit.
This is how I can stop whenever I want.
1. I put my cigs in my bag in a hidden chamber where my mom will nv open.
2. I only smoke with my friends or my classmates. I never smoke alone for nothing.
3. I have totally no feeling when the smoke goes into my lungs and come out.. this is wth when I wanna find out if nicotine addiction is true.
4. I swore to myself to smoke only one stick a day.

3 months only plus smoke only one a day plus may not smoke everyday.

Ok la i am like a social smoker. Holidays like if got work then workplace got ppl smoke then i smoke, during sch term if classmate smoke then I smoke. Cus the dunhill menthol lights literally have no menthol smell though after the smoke your throat tastes like coffee.
Other than that nothing special...

smoking is to show off to ah lians that you are a bad guy la. Because girls dont like good guys.I have seen pple just smoke smoke a bit, then throw the cig off because they want to show off. After that, some girls like them and the guy will act act a bit and says he is quitting smoking for her sake. All for show la.

I have realised that somehow. Girls whom see you smoke and dun stop u most likely aint gonna requit ur feelings.

Firstly is dunhill menthol lights thats why no kick. Try camel lah! Secondly its 3 months nia, plus u nvr even smoke everyday, thus this explains why u have no withdrawal symtoms. And from what you said"hardly finished one packet of cigs" this probably means that u only smoke very little? No feeling smoke for what? smoke to make friends? Poser sia. You dont even enjoy smoking, smoke for what? LOL.

I'm a social smoker, but I've stopped like months ago and I don't the need to smoke.. I have also tried the different types of cigarettes that my friends gave me, still no effect.
Ultimately, it still depends on the individual itself. The tolerance level for every individual is different. No doubt about that.
