Put up signs to remind dog owners about leashing pets

LAST week, I took my three young children to play at a nearby public park at Mountbatten.
Recalling the recent dog attack at Punggol Waterway, I was worried to see that many dog owners were walking their dogs unleashed. The park is popular with joggers and cyclists, and with young children running around and playing in the children's playground.
In addition to the reminders for dog owners to pick up their dogs' poo in public places, perhaps the authorities could put up signs to remind them of the need to have their dogs on leashes.
