Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way round or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves.
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend.
this is internal kungfu secret. have you master the water technique.
I think I will stick to the User of the style. Look at it this way, lets say I'm a huge guy and alot of power, naturally Karate or TKD or something powerful will be best. But imagine if I were to learn JKD instead.
I might happen to surpass Bruce Lee (just saying).
But if I were small guy with a lot of speed and learn Wing Chun than I say I will lose to the above example, because even if I match in speed. In a long run the above example will still win due to his power and speed.

I don't think any human can be perfect in it
of all martial arts, Muay Thai is the most over-hyped and most BS fad in martial arts.
it's good but nothing compared to chinese kungfu, especially shaolin. The wudang and taiji ones also good. Muay Thai is all about aggressiveness and you can easily counter 50 of their monkey moves with less than 5 taiji strokes.
for shaolin, > 3000+ years of history and so much development go into it, can't be wrong.
TKD, karate, Jujutsu, akido = jokes
so, yes, chinese martial arts, regardless of what school ,ie: emei, wudang, Hong Ga (Hong Fist), Wing Chun......all triump other martial arts in the world.
heck, there was an article in wanbao several years about the real Huang Feihong (yes, the actual real one, not TV one) who became well-known after defeating 30+ gangsters armed with weapons, using only his barefists, and he did so while unhurt throughout. Huang uses Hong Ga.
seriously, u think TKD or karate can do that?
BJJ and Boxing is the Best

You forget to mention Judo?
In that case, perhaps it shows that Huang Feihong is even more skilled than Bruce Lee?
Because Bruce Lee also never fight with 30+ gangsters armed with weapons

it's a pseduo-legend, not proven to be true or false, but it's very likely true.
damo came to china and spreaded buddhism to shaolin. It's also said he's the founder of shaolin. this is why they've buddhist sutras in their big libraries. most of shaolin's martial arts were later derived from the animals (observe the animals and nature, and invent fist styles to follow it).
bruce lee isn't a real kungfu fighter : he's an actor who knows kungfu. There's a difference.
the films and movies just over-hype him and he's became a legend when he's not.
bruce lee is like jet li and jackie chan that type, where their acting skills in movies is better than their kungfu. Their movies are what makes them look powerful.
True martial artists don't act in movies, only sub-standard ones do.
No.. i am the best in the world.
My fists.. are the deadliest weapons in the world. Hell, i am banned from boarding any airlines.
They need to put me in a military plane with an armed command squad just to make sure i keep my hands eating n boozing and nothing else.
