Are you interested to learn Mixed Martial Arts? How many of you join this Evolve MMA Gym?
Can share you experience here?
I have wanted to learn this, but I do not know how much it costs.
evolve's training is very very tough..possibly the toughest and most professional dojo here..

I would say go for the trial and see for yourself.
Many a times others will tell you that gym A is better than gym B or
vice versa. What i can tell you from having trained in Evolve since Nov
2008 is that the instructors are really good, they are not just there
to get their paycheck, they are there cos they want to share what they
know with the students. The environment is like an extended family. The
training is safe as we are supervised by our instructors.

Anyone interested in training together? ....west side preferably.
full-contact sparring, exchanging techniques, whatever. Mixed martial artist here. all martial arts welcomed. ^^
drop me a msg if ur interested k? cool.
I am interested to learn too, would love to hear all those that went to learn experience.
also....anyone know any places where they allow sparring without having to pay for and go through their beginner classes?
I went to one place before, and they treated me like a complete novice, made me pay 20bucks for a single session, talked down to me all day and i got nothing out of it except sit-ups, push-ups and punching air, and being corrected about my stance and what not.
....and i didn't even get to spar with anyone.
anyone got any suggestions?
eRazor, Expected mah. for starters, every newbie should go thru that training. Its similar to any fighting dojo. When i first joined boxing classes, i did what u did. But they lighten the training abit because im a female =.=. its ok. Just go on with the session. I got to practice sparring in week 2 or maybe the following week.
Shermaine-heartz interested in a meetup?
yea the problem is, I'm no newbie and its supposed to be a mixed martial art place. i.e. none traditional and (should be) more open-minded with less of the "my style is better then your style" behaviour.........i guess not.
Hi fellow martial art enthusiats,
Actually I run a legit silat class but if any of you are interested to have a joint training session (just for a short while to loosen up your joints) and afterwards some sparring sessions with some of my students, we welcome you all. Definitely we will treat each and everyone of you with respect because we never assume anyone as novice especially adults... You can choose whether you want to wear body protectors for the sparring session or not... up to you...
However, you need to wear long track pants and t-shirt for the session... especially for the ladies...
To top it all off, I do not charge anything for it, if you are not going to take this session regularly... but even if you are it will only set you back like $6 for 12 sessions... Neat right ?
My class begins on Thursday, 8th October at Cheng San CC, 6 Ang Mo Kio ST 53... Further details you contace me at 97600334 (Zul)
erazor, huh? as in fighting?
