Unagi is a state of total awareness. Only by achieving true Unagi you can be prepared for any danger that may befall you. Which martial art teaches the valuable concept of 'Unagi'?
At first i thought it was unagi, the bbq eel.
It may also mean that but I am refering to the concept of Unagi. Which martial art teaches it?

The One With Unagi, an episode of the show Friends in which "unagi" is a fictional karate concept practiced by Ross Geller.
It was believed that there is such a state but definitely it is not called as Unagi.
to TS,
That kind of level that you had mentioned has surpassed beyond the perimeter of martial arts training already.
High level martial practitioners understand the importance of developing one's spirituality which meditation is often practiced by them. However, remember what Confucius had said:
The Courageous has no fear;
The Benevolent has no enemy.
If you become one with the Unagi things can get pretty slippery>LOL

During the sixth season of 'Friends,' the episode 'The One With The Unagi,' has references to unagi: Ross insists to Rachel that unagi is a type of asian self defense, while Rachel insists it's a type of sushi. (Source: 'Friends- The Complete Sixth Season.')

I think the term Unagi in the show was meant to be a parody.
